Ingredients

2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, and store in a sealed jar.
For an increased intensity of flavour, whole spices, lightly toast in a dry frypan, let cool, then finely grind.
