Relyenong Tahong or Stuffed Mussels make a great appetizer. This calso be enjoyed as a main dish with rice and tomato sauce. A tasty Phillipino dish.

Ingredients

1 kg ground pork
40 mussels cleaned & 1 shell removed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tsp garlic powder
12 strips bacon, chopped
4 tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients with SIDS CRAZY LEMON and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Mix well until everything is blended.
Preheat oven to 188°C.
Scoop around 1-1½ tablespoons of mixture into the mussels. Do this step until all the mussels have stuffing then arrange on a baking tray.
Place the tray with stuffed mussels in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and arrange in a serving plate. Serve with a ramekin of SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR.
