Ingredients
1 kg rhubarb
2 lemons, fine cut
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 kg white sugar
30 g whole ginger
30 g salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
30 g garlic
500 g sultanas
500 ml malt vinegar
Directions
Boil all together, including SIDS CRAZY LEMON, until thick and dark (remove ginger) then bottle.
