Ingredients

4 half racks baby back pork ribs
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2¼ tbsp rice bran oil
½ cup onion, minced
1½ cups water
½ cup tomato paste
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ cup brown sugar
2½ tbsp bush honey
2 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 tsp bourbon
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dark molasses
½ tbsp cayenne pepper powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 150°C.
Sprinkle racks with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and 1 tbsp cayenne pepper. Wrap each rack in foil and bake in oven for 2½ hours.
Meanwhile, cook onions for 5 minutes. Take off heat and add the remaining ingredients including SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and Bush Honey. Simmer for 1¼ hour until thicker then set aside to cool. Pour into 2 bowls.
Take racks out of the oven and let stand for 10 minutes to cool a bit. Remove the foil and place in outdoor grill on high. Grill for 3-4 minutes each side. Baste after 2 minutes. (sooner will burn the baste)
Serve with 1 bowl of sauce as a dipping sauce.
