Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
roasted rice flour as needed
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Put cooked rice in a blender, add in SIDS CRAZY SALT and purée until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, add rice flour and knead well until it forms into chapati dough.
Divide it into small balls. Coat each ball in rice flour and roll it out as thin as possible.
Cook on hot pan until cooked on each side.
Serve hot.
