Ingredients
350 g can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
2 tbsp EV olive oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Salt
Garlic salt
Cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil and season to taste with SIDS CRAZY SALT, salt, garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Spread on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes, until browned and crunchy. Watch carefully the last few minutes to avoid burning.
