Ingredients
3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cubed (5 cm pieces)
3 tbsp SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Peel and cube the Kumera.
Place the cubes on a baking tray and toss them with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL and SIDS SALT & PEPPER until they are evenly coated. Make sure the cubes are in a single layer.
Roast the cubes for 25–30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crisp. Serve hot and enjoy!
