Ingredients
1 kg kumera
3 cups pineapple chunks, tin
¼ cup Italian dressing
juice from the pineapple
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups cheese, grated
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Peel and cut kumera into 15 mm chunks and combine with the pineapple. Mix together Italian dressing, pineapple juice and melted butter. Add to potato mixture and toss to coat. Place in sprayed baking dish, cover with grated cheese, sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and bake at 200oC until potatoes are tender.
