Ingredients

3 red onions, peeled & cut crosswise in half
2 tbsp EV olive oil
2 tbsp soft butter
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
6 tbsp fine breadcrumbs
6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp dried oregano
⅛ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Heat oven to 200oC. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and butter then mix well.
On a foil-lined baking sheet, brush onions on both sides with olive oil/butter mixture & season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Turn placing onions, cut sides down on baking sheet and roast until tender and lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan, butter, parsley, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, oregano, rosemary and garlic in a small bowl then sprinkle evenly over onions and continue baking until topping is golden brown, about 15 minutes more.
