Ingredients
4 large zucchini or summer squash
2 tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Slice squash into 6 mm rounds and add to a large bowl. Add oil, garlic powder, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and toss to coat.
Arrange squash on a rimmed baking tray in a single layer. Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
Bake until just tender, 9-10 minutes. Turn grill on HIGH and grill until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
