Ingredients

1 cabbage, shredded
6 scallions, thinly sliced on the bias
½ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
4 tsp GF soy sauce
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
½ cup rice bran oil, as needed

Directions

Toss the cabbage with the scallions, cilantro and peanuts. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil and sugar together. Slowly whisk in the canola oil until dressing is emulsified. Toss the dressing with the cabbage before serving.
