Ingredients
6 strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ tsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 tbsp butter
4 thick-cut slices of multigrain bread
70 g of brie cheese, sliced
40 g Whittakers dark chocolate, shaved
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Soak the strawberries in SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR for ½ hour.
Toss strawberries with oil and SIDS SALT & PEPPER, then spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Heat a large frypan or grill over medium-low heat. Butter the sides of two slices of bread, place them on the pan, buttered-side down, then layer on a few slices of cheese, chocolate and strawberries. Top with a few more slices of cheese, then butter one side of the other bread slices and place on top of the cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese starts to melt, then gently flip the sandwich and cook until golden. Serve immediately.
