Ingredients
SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
LAMB:--
500 g lamb mince
1 red onion, fine chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 red chilli, deseeded & fine chopped
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground paprika
¼ tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
YOGHURT SAUCE:--
1 cup natural yoghurt
Fine grated zest & juice of a lemon
5 sprigs mint leaves, chopped
Sliced raw vegetables
Directions
LAMB:- mix SIDS CRAZY SALT with all the lamb ingredients in a large bowl. Divide into 4 and squeeze onto steel skewers. Place on a tray, cover and refrigerate overnight to firm up.
Brush with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL then cook on a hot grill for 10 minutes.
YOGHURT SAUCE:- mix all the ingredients together in a bowl then season.
Serve with yoghurt sauce and raw vegetables.
