Ingredients

1 kg beef round
85 g spinach
¼ cup cottage cheese
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Cooking twine
rice bran oil
Herb Butter:--
¼ cup butter
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD

Directions

Flatten the beef until uniform in thickness (about 1 cm thick).
Place spinach, cottage cheese and bell pepper on top of the beef and roll tightly. Secure with cooking twine then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Cook the beef over medium heat with some oil. Once the surface of the meat has browned, transfer to a baking tray.
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 200°C.
Herb Butter: combine butter, SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD and mix well.
Once meat is done, pour the herb butter over the meat and cover with foil. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve.
