Ingredients

500 g ground beef
500 g ground pork
250 g ground lamb
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp rosemary
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp SIDS SPRING ONION OIL

Directions

Preheat stove top grill to 175°C. (or you can fry them)
Mix SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS SPRING ONION OIL and all ingredients together, making sure meat is combined properly. (let it sit overnight to get the flavour all in there)
Roll meat mixture into round sausages about 25 mm thick and 100 mm long.
Grill the meat, turning every few minutes until cooked through and brown.
