Ingredients
110 g smoked salmon
½ lemon, juice
3 eggs
4 tbsp cream
70 g rice
6 basil leaves
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Cook the rice as directed on the package.
Mix the eggs, lemon juice, cream, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cooked rice.
Pour half of the batter into a buttered terrine pan, place over the sliced smoked salmon and basil leaves. Pour the other half of the batter on top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 180°C.
Unmold and serve.
