Ingredients

SAUCE:--
1 nip Thomsons Whiskey
1 tsp dill
1 tbsp sparkling wine
25 g butter
SALMON:--
2x 100 g salmon fillets
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
flour
50 g vegetables, julienned
1 lemon slice
fennel to garnish

Directions

Mix Thomsons Whiskey, dill, wine and butter together in a pan and simmer until blended or blitz.
Mix SIDS CRAZY LEMON well with the flour then dredge the salmon in it. Place on a grill with indirect heat and cook until just done. Stirfry vegetables until cooked but crunchy.
Serve salmon on a bed of the vegetables then pour over the sauce. Garnish with lemon slice, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and fennel.
