Ingredients
250 g thin sliced smoked salmon
8 chilled large forks
baby cress
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 ripe lemonade (or Meyer lemon), segmented
Directions
Chill eight large forks in the freezer, so they are cold when you are ready to plate.
Fold together all filling ingredients (except lemonade) until combined. Scoop a small dollop of filling on to a chilled fork, add a lemonade segment and wrap with smoked salmon to cover filling. Garnish with SIDS SALT & PEPPER, dill or chives.
