Ingredients
1 salmon fillet
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup raw bush honey
¼ cup orange juice
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Remove any bones from the fillet and place into a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, orange juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes. Pour over salmon then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cook the salmon over a grill or in a large frypan.
To bake, preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place salmon fillet in the centre and loosely wrap aluminum foil around to trap the steam. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
