Ingredients
250 g salmon
250 g pkt cream cheese
1 tsp horseradish paste
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp onion, grated fine
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ cup pecans, chopped finely (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and onion. Chill until firm enough to handle, then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and/or pecans. Refrigerate until serving. Optionally, after mixing, serve in an open plate as a dip with crackers.
