Ingredients
1 salmon fillet, skin on
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp ginger, fine sliced
4 cloves garlic, fine chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
400 g prawns, shelled
Directions
Remove any bones left in the fillet. Grease a large ceramic plate with oil then place the fillet in the centre. Set the dish up on a rack in a roasting dish (that has a lid) with water in it, making sure it doesn’t reach the plate. Drizzle over with SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR then sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON and scatter the fillet with the ginger, garlic, parsley then surround the fillet with prawns. Cover then gently steam for 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked.
