Ingredients
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp dried basil
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 lime, zested
Directions
Combine SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and all ingredients in a bowl, using a whisk to break up any clumps from the brown sugar. Sprinkle liberally on salmon. One batch will season an entire 1 kg salmon fillet. Use immediately.
