Ingredients
400 g NZ salmon, skinned & diced
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 tsp lemon juice
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tbsp rice bran oil
round cut sourdough
SIDS OUDTSHORN MUSTARD
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix salmon, egg, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, lemon juice and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Form into 10 small patties then dredge in breadcrumbs mixed with SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
Cook patties over a medium heat in batches until brown on both sides, about 4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Serve on bread spread with SIDS OUDTSHORN MUSTARD.
