Ingredients
¾ cup dry white wine
3 tbsp butter, diced
1½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 kg salmon fillet
⅓ cup SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
3 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a rimmed baking tray with baking paper.
In a small saucepan, add the wine, butter and Old Bay seasoning and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the salmon on both sides with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Place on the baking tray then pour the wine mixture over.
Bake until salmon is just opaque in centre, 12-14 minutes. (depending on the thickness of the salmon) Remove from oven.
Preheat the oven grill. In a small bowl, combine the SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD and sugar then spread over the salmon to cover.
Grill the salmon until the topping is brown and bubbling, about 3 minutes.
Transfer the salmon to platter and serve.
