Ingredients

600 g new potatoes
250 g cherry tomatoes
250 g button mushrooms, halved
DRESSING:--
2 tsp garlic, crushed
2 tsp capers
1 handful parsley
1 handful fresh basil
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp SIDS FENGREEK MUSTARD
3 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY MINT VINEGAR
¼ cup EV olive oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Boil potatoes until cooked but not flakey. Drain, cool and place in a large bowl. Add cherry tomatoes and raw mushrooms to the bowl. Place all other ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS FENUGREEK MUSTARD and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, in a food processor and pulse until they combine but are still chunky. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then pour the dressing over the potatoes etc and toss.
