Ingredients

1 kg beef mince
450 g spring roll wrappers
2 tbsp oil
1 leek, chopped
2 tsp cumin, ground
2 tsp cardamom, ground
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 onion, fine chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp water as needed
rice bran oil for frying

Directions

Fry off onions, leek and garlic until translucent. Add mince and cook until ½ done. Season with cumin, cardamom, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Mix well then continue cooking until beef is brown.
In a cup, mix flour & water to a thin paste. Using one wrapper at a time, fold to cone shape. Fill the cone with the meat mixture. Close the top and seal with the paste. Repeat as often as possible.
Heat oil to 170oC in a deep fryer then fry off, a few at a time, until golden brown. Remove carefully and drain on paper towels.
