Ingredients
16 rashers bacon
8 slices toasted thick white bread
450 g crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
8 slices cheese
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Preheat oven grill.
Cook bacon until brown but not crispy. Drain and set aside.
Place 8 slices of toast on a baking tray, cover with pineapple, a pinch of SIDS CRAZY SALT, 2 slices each of bacon and 1 slice each of cheese.
Cook under grill until cheese has melted.
Serve hot.
