Ingredients

3 eggs
½ cup milk
12 slices Vogels Multigrain toast bread
420 g can spaghetti or
420 g can baked beans
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
Butter & rice bran oil for cooking

Directions

Beat the eggs & milk together and season. Mix SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE into the spaghetti or SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE into the baked beans.
Place 6 slices of toast bread on a board. Spoon on the baked beans or the spaghetti into the middle of the bread. (make sure you don't overfill or the filling will ooze out during the cooking) Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
Heat a pan to medium & add the butter and oil. Dip one sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring that both sides are well coated, then place in a pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Turn and cook until golden brown & delicious.(GB&D) Repeat with remaining sandwiches and serve hot.
For an extra flavour burst, add fine chopped onion, grated cheese or drained crushed pineapple.
