Ingredients
tin of Canadian or Norwegian Sardines in Oil-NOT cheap ones
1 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
6 slices of fresh white bread
2 lettuce leaves, dried & shredded
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
8 long chives (or toothpicks)
Directions
Put the sardines (including the oil), SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS SALT & PEPPER into a dessert plate and using a fork, mash until you have a rough paste. Fork the sardine paste onto the bread forming a tube shape and them lay some shredded lettuce beside it. Roll the bread and secure with the 2 chives or toothpicks. Serve immediately.
