Ingredients
2 slices toast cut bread
butter for toast
1 tin sardines in olive oil (Norwegian or Canadian)
2 tsp malt vinegar, to taste
⅛ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
¼ tsp New York Cut pepper, ground
Directions
Toast the bread then place in a rack to cool.
In a bowl, mash sardines, (including the oil) SIDS CRAZY LEMON, malt vinegar and pepper into a paste.
Butter the toast then spread the sardine paste on thickly. Cut slices in half then serve on a plate with a glass of milk.
