Ingredients
1 pineapple or can of crushed
1 tbsp shallots, chopped
1 tbsp fresh red chilli, fine chopped
1 tsp coriander root, fine chopped
1 tsp curry paste
1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp PICS peanut butter
1 tsp soy
SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Mix together everything but the pineapple.
Cook the spices together to maximum fragrance.
Add peanut butter and soy. Cook for 30 seconds then add pineapple.
Cook to a porridge consistency. Balance with SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR.
Serve in a ramekin.
