Ingredients
500 g sausage meat
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup crummed fresh bread
½ tsp dried sage
¼ cup Tuimato sauce
¼ cup SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp light soy
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sausage, egg, breadcrumbs and sage. Mix well using your fingers. Roll into 24 golf ball sized balls.
Brown the balls and transfer to a heatproof container with a lid.
Combine remaining ingredients, including SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, in a small pot to boil. Simmer for 20 minutes to reduce then pour over the meatballs.
Allow to cool then cover and refrigerate overnight. Reheat before serving.
