Ingredients
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 onion, grated fine
2 celery sticks, fine chopped
2 orange capsicums
3 cloves garlic, fine chopped
6 chorizo sausages (about 400 g)
6 pork sausages
1½ tsp sweet smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 tbsp dried thyme
125 ml white wine
2x 400 g tins of tomatoes or fresh
1 chicken stock cube
1x 400 g tin aduki beans, drained & rinsed
1 handful chives, chopped
2 tsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
Directions
Cook onion for 5 minutes then add celery & capsicum and cook further 5 minutes. Add sausages for 5 minutes then add garlic and spices and cook further 1 minute.
Pour in the white wine and use a wooden spoon to remove any residue in the pan. Add tomatoes and simmer. Crumble in stock cube, SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and stir gently.
Cook covered for 40 minutes on low heat. Stir in beans and cook further 5 minutes. Season with black pepper and serve.
