Ingredients
400 g sausages, cooked & sliced
1 leek, trimmed & sliced
400 g pumpkin, cubed 1-2 cm
300 g kumera, cubed 1-2 cm
1 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
400 g can pesto style tomatoes
400 g can 4 bean mix, drained
fresh parsley to garnish
Directions
In a covered pan, cook sliced leeks until they start to soften. Add pumpkin, kumera and sausages. Pour over can of tomatoes, ½ can of water and SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE. Cover, bring to the boil then simmer for 20 minutes. Add 4 bean mix and stir carefully into the sauce. Continue cooking covered for 10 minutes. Thicken if necessary.
Serve with your favourite chunky bread.
