Ingredients

500 g beef mince
1 small red onion, fine grated
1 tsp fresh ginger, fine grated
1 tsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, fine chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
ASSEMBLY:--
2 sheets butter puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, lightly beaten with a little milk
Sesame seeds
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE for dipping

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a shallow baking tray.
Place all the ingredients with SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE in a bowl and mix together by hand then add SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Lightly flour the benchtop and cut each pastry sheet in half. Divide the mince mixture into 4 sausage shapes that are as long as the pastry. Place 1 mince portion on a pastry piece, slightly off-centre. Press together and use a fork to seal the edges. Brush with egg-wash then cut to the desired size. Make a small slit in the top of each roll to vent steam, then place the rolls on the baking tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cook 30-35 minutes until pastry is brown. Pour SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE in a ramekin.
Serve on a plate lined with a paper towel.
