Ingredients
rice bran oil (to stir fry)
500 g squid, cleaned & rinsed
2 spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp cayenne pepper
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
In a large skillet or wok, heat some rice bran oil. Add garlic, onions and scallions and stir-fry until heated through. Add cayenne pepper to vegetables and then add squid until just heated through (about 1-2 minutes & take care not to overcook!) Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Serve immediately.
