Ingredients
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
½ cup Tuimato Sauce
1½ tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 large onion, chopped
1 orange capsicum, deseeded & chopped
1 yellow capsicum, deseeded & chopped
12 sausages
400 g can pineapple pieces in syrup
Directions
In a casserole dish big enough to hold the sausages in one layer, stir together cornflour & sugar. Add SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, Tuimato sauce and soy sauce then stir. Drain the liquid from the pineapple into a cup and top up with water if necessary. Stir it into the casserole then add vegetables and top with sausages that have been pricked 8 times each to prevent bursting. Cover and put into a cold oven. Set oven to 180oC and cook for 1½ hours until the sausages are cooked and the liquid is clear and thick. Thin with water if the liquid is too thick.
Stir in pineapple pieces and serve.
