Ingredients
¾ cup butter
2 tbsp garlic, minced
24 scallops, roe intact
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp white wine
Directions
Melt butter in a large pan on medium-high. Cook garlic for several seconds until fragrant. Add scallops and cook for several minutes per side.
Remove scallops to a warm serving platter. Whisk white wine and SIDS CRAZY LEMON into the butter then pour the sauce over the scallops to serve.
