Ingredients

2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1 red onion, sliced thinly
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ tsp curry powder
2 tbsp butter
6 eggs, lightly beaten
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat to fry off onions, SIDS CRAZY SALT, coriander, curry, cumin and cayenne pepper until onions are soft, then set aside. In a separate pan, melt the butter over a medium-low heat then pour in eggs and baking powder, stirring until almost set. Mix in the onion mixture & cook until set.
Serve with fresh coriander.
