Sea Salt Garlic Corn is a delicious twist to the classic BBQ side dish. This corn on the cob recipe will keep them coming back for more all summer long.

Ingredients

Corn on the cob, shucked (6)
½ cup butter, melted
⅛ SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp sea salt
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
pinch of parsley for garnish

Directions

Place corn in a large pot of water filled so most of the corn is covered. Cover & bring to a boil over high heat. Uncover and continue to boil approx 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and garlic paste into melted butter until fully combined.
Once the corn is done cooking, remove & place on a large plate
Drizzle garlic butter over each corn cob
Sprinkle with sea salt, parmesan cheese & parsley
