Ingredients
Corn on the cob, shucked (6)
½ cup butter, melted
⅛ SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp sea salt
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Pinch of parsley, for garnish
Directions
Place corn in a large pot of water filled so most of the corn is covered. Cover & bring to a boil over high heat. Uncover and continue to boil, about 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and garlic paste into melted butter until fully combined.
Once the corn is done cooking, remove & place on a large plate.
Drizzle garlic butter over each corn cob.
Sprinkle with sea salt, parmesan cheese & parsley.
