Ingredients
250 g crab meat or surimi
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 tsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tbsp red onion, fine chopped
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp butter
2 fresh hot dog buns
Directions
Flake the crabmeat and mix well the SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, SIDS CRAZY LEMONand onion. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to develop the flavours.
Spread butter on the inside of the buns then toast until light brown. Fill with crab salad and serve.
