Ingredients

1½ cups SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
⅔ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
⅔ cup Edam cheese, grated
⅓ onion, chopped
2 tsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
1 small tin shrimp, drained
1 small tin crabmeat, drained & flaked
2 pkts mini phyllo tart shells
Paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Lightly oil a baking tray. In a medium bowl, mix together SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, Parmesan cheese, Edam cheese, onion and SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE. Gently stir in shrimp and crabmeat.
Form phyllo dough into shells and fill shells with the mixture. Arrange stuffed shells on baking the tray and bake in the oven 7-10 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
