Ingredients
400 g squid, scallops, prawn or other seafood
320 g cabbage
½ carrot
½ onion
Sesame oil
4 servings of yakisoba noodles
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp chicken stock
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove grated garlic
A sprinkle of SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Peel the carrot and onion, chop the cabbage, carrot, onion and seafood into bite sized pieces.
Warm some sesame oil in a frying pan, then add vegetables and seafood. Stir fry for a minute or two, then add yakisoba noodles, along with a cup of water, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, lemon juice, garlic and chicken stock.
When everything is cooked through, serve with a sprinkle of SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR.
