Ingredients
2 (170 g) tuna steaks
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ cayenne pepper
½ tbsp butter
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tsp whole peppercorns
Directions
Season the tuna steaks with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cayenne pepper.
Melt the butter with the rice bran oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the peppercorns in the mixture until they soften and pop, about 5 minutes. Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness, 1½ minutes per side.
