Ingredients

2 Kingfish fillets (170 g each)
1 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp dried parsley flakes
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp dried thyme
⅛ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Dash garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 220°C.
Place fish in a greased 23x33 cm baking dish and drizzle with butter. In a small bowl, mix SIDS CRAZY SALT, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and remaining ingredients then sprinkle over fillets.
Bake, covered, 10 minutes. Uncover; bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 5-8 minutes.
