Ingredients
SAUCE:-
¾ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
4 tsp raw bush honey
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1½ tsp Dijon mustard
CHICKEN:-
½ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup sesame seeds
2 tsp minced fresh parsley
½ cup Best Foods mayonnaise
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground mustard
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
500 g chicken breasts, cut in 2 cm cubes
2-4 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
In a small bowl, mix SIDS CRAZY SALT with sauce ingredients then refrigerate until serving.
In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, sesame seeds and parsley. In a separate shallow bowl, mix mayonnaise, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and seasonings. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere to all sides.
In a large cast-iron or other heavy frypan, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches and cook until chicken is no longer pink, turning occasionally and adding additional oil as needed. Serve with toothpicks and sauce.
