Ingredients
1 cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tsp dried minced onion
1 cup crushed buttery round cracker crumbs
½ cup sesame seeds
1 kg skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
SAUCE:--
1 medium ramekin SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
Directions
Preheat oven to 220°C.
In a shallow plate or bowl combine SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and onion. Mix together and set aside. In a separate shallow plate or bowl combine the cracker crumbs and sesame seeds. Cut chicken lengthwise into 5 mm strips.
Dip chicken strips in mayonnaise mixture, then in sesame mixture to coat. Place coated strips in a single layer on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes, until juices run clear.
Serve with SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
