Ingredients

1 orange bell pepper, cut in thin strips
3 tomatoes, sliced
6 fresh fish fillets
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp cayenne pepper
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
¼ cup rice bran oil
1 cup water
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Preheat an oven to 95oC.
Layer the sliced peppers and tomatoes in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
Combine the paprika, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, chicken bouillon, cayenne, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, rice bran oil, water and mix well. Pour the seasoning mixture over the fish then sprinkle with parsley. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.
