Ingredients
20 dried shiitake mushrooms
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp shoyu
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Soak the shiitake the night before in water, ensuring they stay fully submerged. Remove from the water and gently squeeze out the water with your fingers. Measure ½ cup of the soaking liquid then set aside.
Stir-fry in a wok over a high heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add liquid and shoyu. Cook until there is virtually no moisture left, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with sesame oil then remove from the heat.
Leave to cool slightly then slice, sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and arrange on a serving plate.
