Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup oil
¼ cup SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1kg shrimp, peeled, tailed & deveined

Directions
In a large bowl, stir together the garlic, oil, SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE and red wine vinegar. Season with basil, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp then stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate 30-60 minutes, stirring twice.
Thread shrimp onto skewers through tail and head. Cook on a medium grill for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
